Eligibility: The Walker’s Cares social media and periodic giveaways are open to legal residents of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Walker’s Furniture & Mattress, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must complete the giveaway form during the Entry Period or enter any of the Walker’s Cares periodic giveaways during the entry period. For the periodic giveaways the participants must complete all of the required actions to enter each giveaway including but not limited to following, liking, and/or sharing on social media platforms. Entrants can sign up by visiting any store location or by visiting https://www.walkerscares.com and completing the provided entry form. Only one entry per person, per day is permitted. One (1) winner will receive the giveaway item as described for the giveaway period as described. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the periodic prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner Selection: The periodic prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Periods. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within three (3) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Walker’s Furniture & Mattress to use their name, likeness, and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. General Conditions: Walker’s Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
